How to Install kfind software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

kfind software package provides file search utility, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kfind

kfind is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kfind package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kfind *

You will get with kfind package name, version, architecture and description in a table
